1. Preservation: Bearings should not be exposed to the air. The storage room should be kept clean and dry. The relative humidity of the stock air should be no more than 55%. The temperature should be suitable. The bearings that are temporarily unused after sealing should be sealed with oil. It is also avoided with corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis and chemicals.

2. Transportation: Bearings should be prevented from being deformed or damaged by bumps and drops during handling.

3, cleaning: In addition to the double-sided sealed bearing with cover, the other bearings are added with anti-rust oil at the factory, to be cleaned before use, usually the bearings are immersed in gasoline mixed with 8-10% mineral oil, Hold the inner ring in one hand and rotate the outer ring on the other side to wash away the anti-rust agent on the bearing surface. After cleaning, the bearing can no longer be rotated. After the gasoline is volatilized, inject lubricating oil or grease. Do not stick dust, moisture, or sweat, so as not to affect the rotation accuracy and rust.

4. Loading and unloading: The installed shaft or hole should be smooth and burr-free. Carefully measure whether the diameter of the shaft or hole meets the standard, and recognize the bearing reference surface. For the bearing mounted on the shaft, only force should be applied to the inner ring. The bearing in the hole, the force on the outer ring, the force should be evenly distributed on the circumference of the end face of the ferrule, avoid single-sided hard hitting, avoid the phenomenon of skew biting, load and unload the bearing with large surplus, must adopt the bearing The hot method is carried out, the heating temperature is between 90-100 ° C, more attention is paid to the double row spherical roller bearing and the single row tapered bearing because the inner rim is very thin, and the accidental hole is broken.

 5. Inspection: After the bearing is installed, it should be rotated flexibly and without stopping. In addition, the bearing has been checked for dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy before leaving the factory, which can ensure the quality, the trace on the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the black on the chamfer of the bearing ring are all caused by the quality assurance process and inspection method. Purely normal, does not affect product quality.
