Deep groove ball bearing processing steps:

1. Tube blank processing: the bearing steel is heated to 1150 ° C ~ 1200 ° C in a heating furnace, and the heated tube blank is perforated using a punching machine to form a capillary tube;

2. Spheroidizing annealing: the capillary tube is subjected to spheroidizing annealing, and the hardness of the capillary tube after annealing is HRB88-94;

3. Hot rolling of the tube blank: the annealed capillary tube is sent to the heating furnace for secondary soaking; the capillary tube after the second soaking is passed through the reduced diameter, the reduced wall, and the extended rolling to form a waste pipe;

4, tube blank shaping cutting: the waste pipe through the sizing unit, sizing and shaping, and then straightening and cutting to form a kit;

5. Recrystallization annealing: the kit is subjected to recrystallization annealing treatment to eliminate work hardening, thereby facilitating the implementation of cold heading;

6. Soft grinding kit: firstly grind the double end of the kit, then soften the outer circle of the kit, first grind the double end, re-grind the outer circle, the outer circle is the through-type grinding, and the material and the material are processed together through the end faces. Ensure that the outer diameter surface of the part is always on the same plane as the pallet, ensure that the outer diameter taper is within the control range, adjust the angular relationship between the two grinding wheels in the double-face grinding process, control the parallel difference of the end faces, and the end face precision as the post-process The reference plane for processing; the outer circle is processed without centering;

7. Kit fine hole: drill the stopper hole and oil hole on the surface of the kit, and prepare the inner surface of the roughing kit for the surface of the cold bore.

8. Cold rolling expansion kit: For the cold rolling expansion of the deep groove ball bearing ring groove, the core roller feed speed has 6 stages speed in the cold rolling process, and the speed range is 0.4mm/s to 1.0mm/s. The trajectory of a curve in a processing cycle is fast, slow, slow, until stopped; the rolling time is between 6s and 14s, and the helium pressure is 80KN;

9. Turning kit: chamfer the kit and seal the groove;

10, fine grinding kit: fine grinding kit to improve the surface accuracy of the kit;

11. Install the bearing: place the ball between the ferrules, install the cage, inject grease, install the seals, and complete the assembly of the deep groove ball bearings.
